Hi, I’m Tiffany Stanley. The heart and hustle behind My Efficient Assistant — your go-to professional Business-Oriented Administrative Assistant with strong operational insight and business understanding.

I grew up in the small South Texas town of Harlingen, where I learned the value of hard work, strong relationships, and community. After graduating, I was ready to experience a bigger business environment, so I packed my bags and spent 16 exciting years in Austin, diving headfirst into the fast-paced business world. Those years sharpened my skills and fueled my passion for helping busy professionals and companies run smoother, smarter, and more efficiently.

When life called me to Kerrville to help care for my grandparents, I expected a temporary stay. Instead, I fell in love with the charm of the West Hill Country and the incredible people who make up this community.

When I’m not supporting clients through My Efficient Assistant, I volunteer as an instructor with the Christian Women’s Job Corps of Kerr County, where I have the privilege of teaching and encouraging women as they develop new skills, confidence for the workforce and a brighter future. Giving back in this way is something that’s incredibly meaningful to me.
